Cocreating a new, interconnected beginning for self, other and community
In many ways, both big and little, we are often not fully connected with all we potentially are. As if the different aspects of our selves forgot they were all part of a unified creative energy. And yet we have this longing to grow more into ourselves, to belong more to others and to feel more one with this world. How to be different and yet fully connected? According to Kabala, the Big Bang occurred because a previous world forgot about its unifying force and fell apart again. Other sages like Thich Nhat Hanh said that the next Buddha may take form of a community, not an individual; a community practicing understanding and loving kindness.
Although the future is yet unknown, it is clear that today, it is no longer possible to relate to our individual journeys as separate from our relationships, our community and our environment. If we yearn for true connection, meaningful shifts and genuine transformation of the self within its system, we need to recognise that we are part of something bigger– and at the same time, that the world outside reflects and is alive within us. What we can transform in ourselves will vibrate and emanate into the world; what we can change in the world, we change in ourselves.
In this three-day workshop, we embark on a journey of connection. We explore, through psychological, spiritual and systemic practices, how we can open ourselves up to changing micro and macro levels of our being. We use practices from Kabala and Shamanism, bodywork and psychotherapy, trance and systemic constellation work to connect more deeply with our soul and purpose, to bring about changes in our lives and that of those around us. Acting from a commitment to growth and a responsibility to our environment and fellow humans and animals.
